Early Childhood Development & Youth Development
DaShella has 28 years of working with ECE staff, children ages 6 weeks to 18 and their parents. She has had experience working with those with ADHD, Emotional Disorders, Behavioral Issues, etc. She has also worked with youth in both non-profit and church ministry.
Women's Ministry
DaShella has had 20 years as the Women's Ministry Leader in her local congregation. She has worked with women from ages 18 to 77 and wants to use her experiences to help others. She assessed their needs and provided activities, seminars, workshops, annual conferences, outings, etc. for all members and visitors alike.
Relationships
DaShella and her husband, Gregory have been working with married and pre-married couples for about 11 years. They began "One Love (Mark 10:8) Ministries" as a result of a terrible storm that hit their own marriage. They have held on to the sacred partnership after the restoration of their marriage. Their motto is: I'm not prepared, but God is!"
Minister
DaShella has always had a love for the ministry but God has called her in 2013 to be a speaker that gives raw, unadulterated truth to the people of God. She does not sugar coat any message. The truth given is only to assist others to change and go back to our first love. She is licensed as a minister.
